Request a Check from your Team Holding account. A check from these funds can be written without prior approval.

Transfer funds from your Team Holding account to your High School ASB Account. A check from these funds can be transferred to your ASB account without prior approval.

Create a new Fund Request for uniforms, equipment, “WISH LIST” items or facility improvements. These funds must be pre-approved before purchase.

Definitions

Team Holding Account
Each team has a Team Holding Account that is maintained by SLV Athletic Boosters. Funds are deposited to this account when a volunteer volunteers  with Bingo. Team Holding Accounts have a maximum balance unless the funds are allocated. To access these funds Team Administrators will use a Check Request or Transfer Request.
